It has only been 10 days since Chicago’s Feb. 24 elections, but many candidates have already reported significant fundraising as they prepare for the April 7 runoff elections.

John Garrido has reported the most fundraising activity since Election Day. Garrido, who is challenging incumbent Alderman John Arena in the 45th Ward, reported $34,190 in contributions since Feb. 27. Of that total, Garrido himself contributed $27,690.
